A Natura enfrenta um grande desafio para identificar os clientes das consultoras (meta de 31M em 2027), aumentar o valor de cada cliente (LTV) e fortalecer os laços com eles. O problema começa com a falta de informações: não há dados unificados sobre os clientes das consultoras, e as interações não são registradas. Isso cria uma visão fragmentada do cliente, impedindo o uso de inteligência e ferramentas para interações personalizadas, o que, por sua vez, limita a capacidade das consultoras de ampliar o valor e a conexão. Entender quais modelos de incentivos são mais efetivos para o aumento da fidelização dos clientes que ainda não conhecemos (os clientes das nossas CBs) e dos que não são clientes ainda será essencial. Por fim, a cultura interna, focada no que já é conhecido, restringe a capacidade de inovar e testar novas soluções para resolver esses problemas.
